Any requests for exceptions to the mailing requirement before November 1 will not be considered.

DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS:

International Application for Admission and Scholarship Form: This is the initial step in the application process. The form serves as a formal request for admission consideration and potential scholarship opportunities. It’s essential to fill it out accurately and provide all the necessary details.

International Personal Essay and Essay Cover Sheet: The personal essay allows you to showcase your personality, experiences, and aspirations. It’s a chance to stand out and present a compelling case for why you should be admitted. The essay cover sheet helps in identifying your submission, so ensure it accompanies your essay.

Copy of Official Secondary School Records: Your academic performance throughout secondary school is a crucial aspect of your application. Providing official records gives the admissions committee insights into your academic achievements. Remember not to send the original documents; instead, make certified copies.

Personal Statement of Financial Circumstances: This statement provides a comprehensive overview of your financial situation. Be honest and transparent about your ability to fund your education abroad. If you require financial aid, this statement is especially important.

International Financial Questionnaire (IFQ): The IFQ delves deeper into your financial standing and assists the institution in evaluating your eligibility for financial aid or scholarships. Fill out the questionnaire diligently, as it may influence the level of support you receive.

International Financial Recommendation Form: This form is typically required to be filled out by a financial institution, such as a bank, where you have accounts or investments. It helps verify the information you provided in the IFQ and serves as a credible reference for your financial circumstances.

Two (2) Admission Recommendation Forms: Recommendation letters play a significant role in your application. They should be written by individuals who can vouch for your academic abilities, character, and potential. Having at least one letter from a current or former teacher is advisable.

Copy of Official Scores from English Proficiency Exams: To demonstrate your English language proficiency, you need to submit official scores from exams like TOEFL, IELTS, ACT, or SAT. Meeting the language requirements is vital for succeeding in an English-speaking academic environment.

Assemble all these documents meticulously and submit them together to the Office of Admissions. Remember to review each requirement carefully and adhere to any specific instructions provided by the university. Submitting a complete and well-presented application enhances your chances of being admitted and potentially receiving scholarships to support your international education journey. Good luck!
