Full Job Description: The MLB Gaming & VR division is responsible for creating, distributing, and licensing video games and VR products related to Major League Baseball. From MLB’s headquarters in Manhattan, the team delivers top-notch games, events, and content to baseball enthusiasts worldwide.
The Video Game Content Manager will collaborate with various teams including product, studio, analytics, production, and marketing, as well as club stakeholders to implement world-class campaigns both inside and outside of the game.
- Your Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with development studios and serve as the primary
- contact for daily product and business requirements.
- Collaborate with business intelligence teams to track and identify data-driven insights that inform the product roadmap and promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate with affiliated partners, brands, MLB clubs, and the league to manage and deliver brand assets for the product’s development and marketing.

- Oversee asset review and approval processes with key stakeholders across participating business units.
- Work with third-party companies to acquire rights and assets for in-game use and ensure proper implementation and approval by development and marketing teams.
- Be a domain expert who can partner with stakeholders across MLB and partner organizations to promote game products.
- Qualifications And Skills
- 3+ years of product management or similar experience in the video game industry, with a strong preference for video game experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Excellent product management skills at the feature/system level.
- Experience in developing and publishing video game products across console, mobile, and PC platforms throughout the product lifecycle.
